Plans and prices

  • Membre — Services: 9 € for 12 months.
  • Membre — Entreprise: 15 € for 12 months.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment in CFA francs (XOF) via mobile money is converted at the fixed BCEAO parity. Any payment-method fees are shown before you confirm.

Duration, approval and renewal

Each membership covers twelve months from activation. It does not renew automatically: a reminder is sent before it expires and renewal takes one click.

Membership is activated as soon as payment is confirmed. If JAMAA ends it for a reason not attributable to you, the unused share is refunded within 14 days.

A membership never grants an administrative role: those roles are assigned free of charge, by appointment.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days from payment to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to infos@jamaa.network or from Membership → My payments (French Consumer Code, art. L221-18).

Membership starts as soon as payment is confirmed, at your express request given before payment. If you withdraw within 14 days, you are refunded the amount paid minus the share for the membership days already elapsed (art. L221-25).

The refund is made within 14 days to the same payment method.

Receipt and invoice

A receipt is emailed after each payment and remains available under Membership → My payments, where you can print it or save it as a PDF.

Complaints and disputes

Send any complaint to infos@jamaa.network; we answer within 7 working days.

Failing agreement, you can use the consumer mediator free of charge: [à compléter]. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
